By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. Authentication is handled by our sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. The Service

Devcram uses third-party AI models to generate flashcards based on the topics and prompts you provide. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is provided for study and practice only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or exam advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

4. Plans, billing, and renewal

• Devcram offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (monthly or annual).
• Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, which handles billing, payment methods, and applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
• Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Abuse the AI generation features, resell output as your own product, or circumvent usage limits.

6. Your content

The topics and prompts you enter, and the decks you save, are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
