• Account data — your name and email address, handled by our authentication provider when you sign up or sign in.
• Content you create — the topics and prompts you enter, and the flashcard decks and study progress you save.
• Usage data — how many generations you use (to enforce plan limits) and basic analytics about how the app is used.
• Payment data — if you subscribe, payment is processed by our merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card details; we only receive your subscription status.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Service (generate, save, and review flashcards).
• To enforce free/Pro plan limits and manage your subscription.
• To improve the product and maintain security.
• To contact you about your account or important service changes.

3. Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to run Devcram. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Authentication provider — account sign-in and user management.
• AI provider — your topics/prompts are sent to generate flashcards.
• Cloud database — stores your saved decks and study progress.
• Payment provider / merchant of record — processes subscriptions and taxes.
• Hosting & analytics — serves the app and provides aggregate usage metrics.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your saved decks and associated data, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email devcrampro@gmail.com. You can also edit your profile or delete your account from your account settings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and to remember preferences such as your light/dark theme. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

Devcram is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
