This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Devcram Pro.

1. Try before you buy

Devcram offers a free tier so you can fully evaluate the product — generate flashcards, save decks, and study them — before you pay for anything. We encourage you to use the free tier to make sure Devcram is right for you before subscribing to Pro.

2. Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your account settings, or by emailing us.
• When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

3. Refunds

Because Devcram is a digital service that you can try for free before purchasing, and because Pro access is delivered immediately, payments for Pro subscriptions are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.

We will, of course, honor any refund rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, and we may issue a refund at our discretion in genuine cases such as a duplicate charge or a technical problem that prevented you from using Pro. To raise any such issue, email devcrampro@gmail.com from the address on your account.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we (through our payment provider) may retry it. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or downgraded to the free tier.
